On collection day

A short checklist so pickup takes two minutes, not twenty.

Bring your order number – printed or on your phone.
Bring a cooler box or bag. Fresh products travel better cold.
Arrive between 12:00 and 14:00. We can’t hold orders after 14:00.
Sending someone else? Give them your order number and a quick note.
Check your order before you leave – it’s easiest to sort out on the spot.
